Michael L. Hetzel has been serving as an advisor to Quick Shot since August, 2015, engaged in the planning of the launch and growth of the company along with product development in alignment to the market segments. Mr. Hetzel holds a BA degree from Western Illinois University, has served as a manufacturing CEO at a precision injection molding, metal stamping and assembly company for over 9 years and as a Division President under the title of VP/Americas for a Taipei-based multinational quality engineering services company for over 13 years. Michael has also served several years each as a start up President, VP of Marketing & Sales and VP of Operations plus several Board seats. He has maintained a consulting practice over many years in the areas of business optimization and restoration plus pre-sale optimization, and was a registered Business Broker in Illinois from 2006-2014. He has founded, initiated or participated on launch teams for 5 startups prior to Quick Shot and has served on and chaired several corporate boards. He’s an internationally recognized global trade expert as well as a manufacturing and supply chain quality specialist who has lectured on global manufacturing, trade flows and quality at universities and professional conferences in 4 countries. He has published 23 articles on these topics in various domestic and offshore trade and academic periodicals.


James H. “Jim” Monti is co-founder and the engineering expertise behind Quick Shot as the inventor and developer of the product line. He has worked continuously on the product designs and prototypes since 2014, investing more than 2,900 hours and the use of his facility in the development of the product. He holds a Bachelors of Engineering Technology – Mechanical Engineering from Kennesaw State University (formerly Southern Polytechnic State University and Southern Technical Institute).  Jim has a long and distinguished career spanning service as a U.S. Naval Officer through 41 years of design experience including consumer, military and business products, plus 9 years of design experience in large volume Medical Infusion Fluid Delivery Systems. Mr. Monti is responsible for the development of products resulting in 7 patents prior to the Quick Shot design patents recently filed, of which 4 and the Quick Shot system are sole patents. Notably, he has applied the same design approach and components used in human medical infusion fluid delivery to the Quick Shot IFAS product design, resulting in a highly accurate and reliable performance profile for our product.
